Refunds/returns Policy

Please note, since the items are being personalized we are not able to do returns. But we offer free returns for any items with manufacturer’s defects, please contact us for details on how to return these items. If your products have been damaged during postage/courier, please email us as soon as you get the parcel. Latest 7 days after you have received the parcel.

* Note: We recommend that you use a Courier or the South African Postal Services that offers shipment tracking through a 24 hours customer helpline for all returns. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost then no refund or return will be considered.
